Hamza Riyad
Founder, EZ Business
The person behind it.
Hamza Riyad founded EZ Business in 2020 to close the gap between advice and execution. Since then the team has delivered tech-driven systems to more than 50 businesses, from custom ERP workflows to automation built for SMEs.
He operates, not just advises. As CEO of Fully Charged UAE he scaled the company into one of the country’s leading EV charging providers under the IHC Group, overseeing more than 8,000 chargers and the development of its own charging app and management platform. He has led operations at MENA Mobility (Al Naboodah Group) and today heads innovation at Innoventures, designing innovation programs for organizations across the UAE.
He holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics and Statistics with a finance concentration from Khalifa University. The thread through all of it is the belief this studio is built on: growth is not luck, it is a system.
